a sensitive manner, whilst contributing to the atmosphere with our
superb culinary fare & capable staff.
After consultation with you regarding your guests, and the various
requirements of your menu, ingredients are carefully selected and
brought from a range of local, Sydney, and Melbourne suppliers complying
with Kosher food requirements. Yirmi Mitchel, our Kosher Supervisor,
oversees our production, inspecting the kitchen prior to each event. Open
Table maintains a professional commitment to optimal freshness & taste
in all our catering and, as such, all food are prepared fresh on
site to satisfy our dedication to quality.
