Asian Buffet

 

Canapé:

  • Spinach and water chestnut wontons with soy sauce
  • Prawn, mango rice paper rolls
  • Spicy teriyaki tuna spoons
  • Fish and coriander mini cakes with herb sauce
  • Chili and chicken gow gees (steamed)
  • Coconut chicken spring rolls with hoisen and peanut sauce


SIDE DISHES:

  • Spinach with roasted sesame seed dressing
  • Snow peas and broccolini in Tamari and Miso sauce
  • Steamed Rice
  • Mix sprouted beans thread noodle salad with mint


MAIN:

  • Lamb fillet with sesame chutney served on beds of greens
  • Lime lemon grass free range chicken with Root vegetables
  • Tempura chili tofu with daikon and ginger sauce
  • Chicken green curry
  • Malaysian fish curry (red paste- very yummy)
