MY VISION

ronit robbazMy upbringing was mainly in the kitchen around simmering pots and pans and baking trays. I grew up in a large family where the focus was lavish food and feasting on diversity and seasonal produce.

My mother instilled in me a curiosity and respect for rituals, traditions and cultural diversity. My passion for food as well as entertainment is the result of my Moroccan heritage.

Arriving on the shores of Byron Bay I endeavoured to start my own Catering business, which is seven years ago now. For me it was not just about catering to the wider community, I had a vision to start a unique and flexible catering company with an elegant flare incorporating event management and cooking workshops.
We are dedicated to make a most memorable event for clients of all cultural backgrounds.

Good nutrition is essential to good health and we incorporate healthy trends using organic and fresh produce. We support sustainable produce approaching producers that share the same philosophy.
The choices we make about what we eat impacts on our health, our communities, our air, water and climate.
